Symptoms of emotional distress are rooted in experiences and exposure to adversities.

Effectively address the repercussions of Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs), school-related hurdles, family tensions, social-media complexities, and identity issues through the strategic application of therapeutic modalities, notably Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR). Experience prompt and enduring enhancements, providing relief from a spectrum of stressors. Opting for therapy is a proactive choice if your child is contending with low mood, anger, social challenges, or negative interactions like bullying or isolation.

Drawing from a comprehensive background in child-care settings and school-based environments spanning from primary to college, I bring expertise to address emotional challenges originating from diverse sources. This includes navigating family dynamics, coping with divorce/separation, managing grief and loss, and addressing experiences of sexual and emotional trauma.

Specializing in trauma-focused care, my primary therapeutic modality is Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR). Trauma-Focused Therapy, the foundation of my practice, involves addressing psychological, emotional, and relational issues by recognizing the impact of past traumas on the present. Rooted in various disciplines, including Neuroscience, this approach encompasses a rich array of highly effective strategies and interventions meticulously crafted to heal the enduring effects of trauma.
